In case you are wondering who this 15 year old Candian kid is, he is Omar Khadr. In 2002, when Khadr was 15, he was accused of killing a US soldier in Afghanistan. He has since been detained in Guantanamo Bay.

It's ok. Political cartoons are tough to interpret sometimes... And heehee looks like Ernest isn't a big fan of Bush :)
Bush is actually okay. He is just bad at public speaking. If he was retarded, Clinton would still be in office.
